The Nour Ala Nour Charitable Association founded in October 2005 by Dr Notila Abdel Qader Khalil aims to create a meaningful impact on the lives of disadvantaged families Through dedicated efforts the association provides healthcare spiritual care and hope believing charity is a message of renewal for those in need Key achievements include constructing a nonprofit childrens hospital in Sheikh Zayed inspired by Abu El Rish Hospital and a rehabilitation center for early disability detection and treatment The first phases concrete structure spanning 4000 square meters is complete The association is also equipping a medical center in Haram with a NICU of 22 incubators specialized clinics and radiology facilities It provides clean water having installed 14 supply lines in Beheira villages Additionally it fosters spiritual values by opening Quran memorization classes and supports orphans and individuals requiring prosthetic devices Every contribution helps save lives or improve quality inviting all to join this noble cause
